Application Process

  1. Complete the TFSO application and submit to SEL:

      TFSO Program
      4000 Olson Memorial Highway, Suite 404
      Minneapolis, MN 55422
  2. Application received, screened and acknowledgment postcard sent

  3. Operator informed if and when a location in area becomes available

The application process may take anywhere from 8-12 weeks. Operators who would like to check on the status of their application must do so in writing.
